1. Acquisition and Collection of Customer Data

Svarna collects Customer data with the aim of processing Customer transactions, managing and expediting the process of using the Svarna Site, as well as other purposes as long as permitted by applicable laws and regulations. The customer data collected is as follows:

1. Data submitted independently by the Customer, including but not limited to data submitted when the Customer:

  1. Creating or updating a Svarna account, including the Customer's name (username), email address, telephone number, password, address, photo, and others;

  2. Contact Svarna, including through customer service;

  3. Fill out a survey sent by Svarna or on behalf of Svarna;

  4. Interact with other customers through message features, product discussions, reviews, ratings, Resolution Centers and so on;

  5. Use the services on the Svarna Site, including detailed transaction data, including the type, amount and / or description of the product or service purchased, delivery address, payment channel used, transaction amount, date and time of transaction, and other transaction details. ;

  6. Fill in payment data when the Customer performs payment transaction activities through the Svarna site, including but not limited to bank account data, credit cards, virtual accounts, instant payments, internet banking, retail outlets; and / or

  7. Using features that require access permission to the Customer's device.

2. Data recorded when the Customer uses the Svarna Site, including but not limited to:

  1. Real or approximate location data such as IP address, Wi-Fi location, geo-location, and so on;

  2. Data in the form of time from each Customer's activity, including registration, login, transaction, etc.

  3. Customer usage data or preferences, including Customer interactions in using the Svarna Site, saved choices, and selected settings. This data is obtained using cookies, pixel tags and similar technologies that create and maintain a unique identifier;

  4. Device data, including the type of device used to access the Svarna Site, including hardware model, operating system and version, software, IMEI number, file name and version, language selection, unique device identifier, advertising identifier, serial number, motion information mobile network devices, and / or information;

  5. 2. Use of Data

Svarna can use all or part of the data obtained and collected from the Customer as mentioned in the previous section for the following:

1. Process all forms of requests, activities and transactions made by Customers through the Svarna Site, including for the purposes of delivering products to Customers.

2. Provision of features to provide, realize, maintain and improve our products and services, including:

  1. Offer, obtain, provide, or facilitate services, insurance, financing, loans or other products through the Svarna Site;

  2. Allows features to personalize Svarna customer accounts, such as Wishlist and Favorite Stores; and / or

  3. Perform internal activities necessary to provide services on the Svarna Site, such as troubleshooting software issues, bugs, operational issues, performing data analysis, testing, and research, and to monitor and analyze usage trends and activity.

3. Helping customers when communicating with the Svarna customer service, including to:

  5. Use information obtained from the Customer for research, analysis, development and product testing purposes in order to improve the security and security of the services on the Svarna Site, and to develop new features and products.

  6. Inform customers regarding products, services, promotions, studies, surveys, news, the latest developments, events and others, both through the Svarna Site and through other media. Svarna may also use this information to promote and process contests and sweepstakes, award prizes, and serve advertisements and relevant content about Svarna services and their business partners.

  7. 3. Disclosure of Customer Personal Data

Svarna guarantees that there is no sale, transfer, distribution or loan of Customer's personal data to other third parties, without any permission from the Customer, except in the following cases:

  1. It is necessary to disclose Customer data to partners or other third parties who assist Svarna in providing services on the Svarna Site and process all forms of Customer activity on the Svarna Site, including processing transactions, payment verification, product delivery, and others.

  2. There is a need for communication between Svarna's business partners (such as logistics providers, payments, etc.) and customers in resolving problems and other matters.

  3. Svarna can provide relevant information to Vendors, Designers or similar service providers.

  4. Svarna can share customer data or information needed in the framework of credit worthiness to credit rating agencies or bureaus or the Credit Information Management Institute (LPIP).

  5. Svarna discloses Customer data in an effort to comply with legal obligations and / or there are legitimate requests from law enforcement officials and / or courts.

 

4. Cookies

  1. Cookies are small files that will automatically take place on the Customer's device which performs the function of storing Customer's preferences and configurations while visiting a site.

  2. These cookies are not intended to be used when accessing other data that the Customer has on the Customer's computer device, other than what the Customer has agreed to submit.

  3. Although the Customer's computer device will automatically accept cookies, the Customer can make choices to make modifications through the Customer's browser settings, namely by choosing to reject cookies (this option can limit optimal service when accessing the Svarna Site).

  4. Svarna using the Google Analytics Demographics and Interest feature. The data we get from these features, such as age, gender, interests of Customers and others, will be used for the development of Svarna Sites and Svarna content. If you do not want Customer data to be tracked by Google Analytics, Customer can use the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-On.

  5. Svarna can use features provided by third parties in order to improve the services and content of Svarna, including the adjustment and serving of advertisements to each customer based on their interest or visit history. If the Customer does not want advertisements to be displayed based on these adjustments, the Customer can arrange it via a browser.

 

5. Customer Choice and Transparency

  1. Customers can access and change information in the form of email address, telephone number, date of birth, gender, address list, payment method, and bank account through the Settings feature on the Svarna Site.

  2. Customers can withdraw from information or notifications in the form of newsletters, reviews, product discussions, private messages, or private messages from Admin sent by Svarna via the Settings feature on the Svarna Site. Svarna can still send messages or emails in the form of transaction information or information related to the Customer's account.

  3. To the extent permitted by applicable provisions, the Customer may contact Svarna to withdraw consent to the acquisition, collection, storage, management and use of Customer data. If this happens, the Customer understands the consequences that the Customer cannot use the Svarna Site service or other Svarna services.

 

6. Retention and Deletion of Information

Svarna will store information as long as the Customer's account remains active and can carry out deletions in accordance with applicable legal regulations.

 

7. Updates to the Privacy Policy

Svarna may from time to time make changes or updates to this Privacy Policy. Svarna recommends that Customers read carefully and check this Privacy Policy page from time to time for any changes. By continuing to access and use the Svarna Site services, the Customer is deemed to have agreed to the changes in the Privacy Policy.
